Boron Doped Diamond(BDD)

The boron-doped diamond(BDD) not only has the excellent character of the regular diamond but also has the character of low resistance, good thermal diffusivity, higher Oxidating temperature, and excellent character of the semiconductor. So it has a wide application range, well accepted in the Electronic Manufacturing industry and deep processing industry.

The boron-doped diamond(BDD) has an excellent performance in:
1. Heat Resistance(could increase the Hest Resistance temperature 200-250℃)
2. Chemical inertness(no cutting tumor during iron materials)
3. Wear resistance(special in hard and brittle materials, could improve the lifetime 2-4 times)
4. High impact resistance (the polycrystalline structure in polycrystalline bits seldom broken, better than ordinary synthetic diamond bits and natural diamond bits)

Applications: 
1. Making electrode materials for sewage treatment, so it is widely used in the environmental protection industry;
2. Making electrode materials for electronic manufacturing and deep processing;
3. Used as a diamond tool to increase the sharpness of the tool and improve the cutting and grinding efficiency;

	A premium grade abrasive that has the characteristics of high strength and great thermal stability. Complete crystal shape, most are regular hexahedron and Octahedron shape, Suitable for manufacturing cutting tools, high processing load tools.

	High performance, more cub-octahedral crystal shape, high strength, and good thermal stability. Apply to high strength saw cutting and grinding tools.

	Regular crystal shapes, good anti-heat performance. Applications for grinding tools, or medium cutting processing tools.
3BDBDD15
	Medium range, crystal has a more sharp cutting edge and corners,  It’s fit for high processing efficiency grinding and other resin bond tools.

	Lower strongness, more sharp edges and corners, Suitable for electroplated tools and resin bond tools, for grinding hard and brittle materials, such as ceramics industries too.
